Owner
Jaramie leads a group of construction, real estate, and ranching companies through J&J Enterprise Holdings. With more than 30 years of business and construction experience, he remains personally involved in guiding each company’s direction, supporting its leadership, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
His approach to leadership is built on accessibility, responsiveness, and meaningful relationships. Whether working with clients, business partners, or team members, Jaramie believes in being present, available, and personally engaged. Many of these relationships span decades, reflecting his commitment to the people and businesses he works alongside.
Beyond building successful businesses, Jaramie is passionate about developing people, cultivating lasting relationships, and creating long-term value through stewardship, integrity, and partnership.

Director of Strategy and Operations
